I Can't Believe
Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 05:50AM In the Old Testament, God told a prophet named Hosea to marry a woman who would be unfaithful to him. She went on to leave him and throw her life away in tons of messed up and broken relationships. In fact, she wound up on the slave block and God told Hosea to go, buy her back and woo her with his love. He did it, just like God has done with all of us who believe in Jesus; redeeming us, buying us back with Jesus' sacrifice and making us His again. This song is from the perspective of Hosea's wife after she had come back home for a few months. It expresses what ought to be everyone's gratitude for being loved by Him the way we are.
